As a Master Certified Results Coach, Donna specializes in helping people shift their thinking to produce results for both personal and business success. With over twenty years of coaching, career counseling, recruiting, training and sales experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and inspiration to her clients. She works with individuals in one-on-one, and in corporate and group settings. In addition she leads ongoing workshops including Teleclasses.

An over-achiever by nature, early in her career Donna trained and developed over a thousand people in 47 states to achieve goals in both sales and customer service in the retail industry where she spent sixteen years. Donna changed careers to the staffing industry in the mid 90’s and as Recruiter brought that same winning attitude. She was immediately recognized as the top producer in a nationwide company. As her curiosity of human potential grew, she used her inspiration, tenacity and belief in people and transitioned her career even further to develop a coaching practice. She opened two businesses, one where she continued to do what she loved in assisting companies find the right talent for their growing businesses, Affinity People Solutions, and the other business where she could focus on coaching individuals and corporate teams.

Donna is a Master Certified Results Coach and a member of both the Silicon Valley Coaching Foundation and the International Coaching Foundation and has committed to the ongoing study and mastery of accelerated learning, transformation (breakthrough thinking) and the study of ontology, the “being” of human being. This amazing work has helped to tap into some very important thought and behavior patterns that support people in moving beyond what stops them in life and in developing themselves to be successful in the areas of life that are important to them.
